The cool folks at Cloudflare, next-generation CDN for web applications, have created a Foreign Data Wrapper (FDW) for Kyoto Tyrant. This lets them distribute cache content across their network while still having transactional control from within PostgreSQL. Read more on their blog post on the Tyrant FDW.
